Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love every ZEVI&CO piece. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Eligible for return
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
- Items must be unwashed and free from marks, stains, or signs of wear
Not eligible for return
- Sale or discounted items (final sale)
- Items returned without original tags
- Items showing wear, washing, or damage
How to return
Email us at zeviandco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.
Return shipping
Customers cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service -ZEVI&CO is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us - we're happy to exchange for a different size if available. If your preferred size is sold out, we'll process a refund instead.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund — including covering return shipping in this case.
