Thank you for shopping with ZEVI & CO. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Where we ship
We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping is coming soon.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from our studio. Each order is packed carefully by hand.
Shipping options and costs
- Standard shipping: $7.95 AUD — estimated delivery within 3–7 business days
- Express shipping: $15 AUD — estimated delivery within 1–3 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $49 AUD
Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location, weekends, public holidays and unforeseen delays.
Tracking your order
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been sent. You can track your parcel through the Australia Post website.
Delivery delays
Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Australia Post. ZEVI & CO is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other circumstances outside our control.
If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.
If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.
