Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ZEVI&CO. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Where we ship

We currently ship across Australia. International shipping is coming soon.

Processing time

All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from our home studio. We pack each order with care, by hand.

Shipping options & costs

Standard shipping: $7.95 AUD (3–7 business days)
Express shipping: $15 AUD (1–3 business days)
Free standard shipping on orders over $100

Shipping times are estimates from Australia Post and may vary depending on your location.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel directly through Australia Post.

Delivery delays

Once your parcel is with Australia Post, delivery is out of our hands. We'll do everything we can to help if there's an issue, but ZEVI&CO is not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels in transit, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery additional shipping costs may apply.
